Someone in my family has been diagnosed with emphysema symptoms and I can see that he’s trying his best to fight the disease. He is having a hard time since he always experienced shortness of breath and it’s making him more irate. He no longer enjoys the things that we usually do and he gets tired doing little things. He had done all the tests and he is now taking some medicine to make the symptoms less active or to make their progress a little slow.
It is not fun to be around with someone who is in pain because of the fact that I can’t help him. Another reason is that it is sad to see the person slowly loses his health and knowing that one day he would disappear because of his problem. It’s not fun at all. That is why for those who smoke, I wish that they would stop now.
